| 中文摘要:媒介越位是指媒介越过了自己的专业分工，而承担其他专业职责的现象。在当今的新闻实践中，媒介越位成了案件的“审判者”、 新闻事件的“局中人”，成了“官员”与“批评家”。这是由于社会的过分依赖性使媒介的作用、权力和地位无限放大；法律法规和政策规范的不完善助长了媒介的不良习气；媒介的定位不清晰削弱了人们观察与分析问题的能力。这种媒介越位阻碍了社会民主进程，并造成传媒本身的腐化，因此必须加强媒介监管：进一步加强新闻立法；进一步加强行业自律；进一步加强社会监督。 |

| Media Offside: Expansion of Rights or Absence of Supervision |

| Abstract:Media offside refers to the phenomenon that media undertakes other professional duties over their specialty service. In news practice at the present, media is offside to be “trier”, “player” , “officer” and “critic”. That is due to the reasons as follows, the over dependence of the society magnifies the effect, power and status of media into infinity, the defective of laws, regulations and policies fosters the bad habits of media, the ambiguity of media positioning cripples people’s ability of observation and analysis. This media offside hinders the democratization process of the human community and causes the corruption of media itself. It is therefore should strengthen media regulatory as follows, enhance press legislation, trade self discipline and social supervision. |
