中文摘要:对环境资源激烈的追逐与环境保护的矛盾，是生态矛盾的体现，生态信息不公是产生矛盾的一个原因。生态信息公平对化解生态矛盾具有重要作用。要消除生态破坏，就应当建立生态信息公平的法律机制，以化解生态矛盾。

The ideas on Legal Approach to Resolve Ecological Contradiction From Ecological Information Equity Perspective

Abstract:The conflicts between fierce pursuit of environmental resources and environmental protection reflect ecological contradiction. The injustice on ecological information is a reason for the conflicts. Ecological information equity plays an important role in resolving ecological contradiction. So the legal mechanism for ecological information equity should be established to eliminate ecological damage and resolve ecological contradiction .
