| 中文摘要:社会资本理论讨论的是嵌入社会结构网络中的个体利用手中所掌握的社会资源追求利益最大化的行为选择问题，社会资本在我国学术界的存在很大程度上助长了学术不端行为的蔓延。通过梳理学术系统中社会资本的概念，以人际关系、信任、学术规范为维度，分析我国学术不端行为的起因，指出社会资本在学术过程中产生的负面效应并提出了治理学术不端的对策建议。 |

| The Causes and Governance of Academic Misconduct ：Perspective of Social Capital Theory |

| Abstract:Pursuit of profit maximization, how one make decision, who embedded in social structure networks and having some social capital, is the theme of social capital theory. In the field of academic, social capital plays a key role in fostering academic misconduct. On discussing the conception of social capital, this paper analyzes the causes of academic misconduct in our country, describes the negative effect of social capital during the process of academic and proposes some suggestions for governing academic misconduct from interpersonal relationship, trust and academic rules. |
