| Abstract:The mode of regional economic regulation legislation decides the basic framework of legislation and its choice direction in the process of legal system, and also affects regional legal relationship of adjustment efficiency and effect directly. The construction of the legislative model, not only avoids copying the legislation of traditional hard law mode (i.e., giving priority to basic law, supplemented by relevant law), also pays attention to the guidance, regulation, and promotion function of soft law on regional economy in the hard rules within the system, establishing the combination of hard and soft legislation mode. |
