| 中文摘要:我国面临自主创新不足、竞争优势不够明显和低效率的困扰等问题，新的工业化基本架构和新的需求规模难以形成，跨越高收入之墙存在相当大的难度。但只要我们解放思想、转变观念，坚持制度创新，确保经济发展方式的转变，就有可能成功跨越高收入之墙，保持经济可持续性增长。 |

| The Theoretical Understanding on the Crossing Barrier of High Income |

| Abstract:Our country face the problem of lacking independent innovation, lacking obviously competitive advantage, and low efficiency, etc. It's hard for forming the new industrial architecture and new demand scale. Therefore, it's hard for us to cross the barrier of high income. However, it will be possible settled if we emancipate our mind, change the ideas, insure the shifting of economical development mode, and keep the economy to sustainable growth at last. |
