| 中文摘要:城镇化融资方案选择是推进城镇化发展的重要内容。基于模糊偏好关系基本理论和方法，根据群决策的方法和流程，将模糊集结算子引入到城镇化融资方案选择的环节中，提出了新的城镇化融资方案选择方法，并对天津市大港区某一园区开发建设融资方案选择进行了实证研究。结果表明：新的城镇化融资方案选择方法简单易行，具有较强的科学性和适用性。 |

| Research on the Selection Method for Financing Scheme of Urbanization |

| Abstract:Financing scheme selection is the key part in the process of urbanization. Based on theory of fuzzy preference relations, according to the method and flow of group decision making, fuzzy aggregation operator is introduced into the process of scheme selection of urbanization, new method of the selection of financing scheme of urbanization is proposed, and case study is made on the selection of financing scheme of a certain industrial park of urbanization of Dagang district of Tianjin. The results have shown that the new selection method for financing scheme of urbanization is simple and feasible with strong scientificity and applicability. |
