| 中文摘要:包括笛卡尔、康德、黑格尔、费尔巴哈、马克思在内的哲学家都不同程度地将主体性的意义提升到极致。一般说来，特定制度能够给予人们的选择项目越多，选择空间越大，制度中人的主体性就越得到张扬。新型农村合作医疗制度在“参合”和“就医”这两个环节不同程度地给予农民选择空间和主体性张扬。由于这两个环节的选择空间发育不一致，相应地新农合制度在一定程度上引发了农民的主体性困惑。 |

The New Rural Cooperative Medical System has being giving rural people different choice space and subjectivity publicity in their participating NRCMS and medical treatment.
