| 中文摘要:近代以来的湖南“人文荟萃，人才辈出”，是中国近代史上具有重要地位的省份之一，湖湘文化对湖南近代崛起所起的作用越来越为人们所重视。孕育了湘军集团并被湘军所阐扬的湖湘文化精神在当代湖南社会经济发展中也起到了巨大的推动作用，塑造了当代湖南人强烈的关怀意识以及躬行实践、开拓创新、注重实干、勇于任事等精神特质，湘军不仅成为了湖南对外开放以及文化旅游的形象名片，更成为当代湖南人引以自豪的一种历史情结，“湘军现象”与湖湘文化贯穿着当代湖南社会生活的各个层面。在构建社会主义和谐社会的新形势下，如何继承和发扬近代以来湖湘文化的精神内核，如何重塑湖南人的文化精神、价值观念，探讨湘军与湖湘文化内在关系的历史演变，实现湖湘文化和“湘军”精神价值的当代转换具有极为重要的意义。 |

| A Study of Huxiang Culture and Thought on the Contemporary Transition of Hunan Army |

| Abstract:Hunan province has been one of the important provinces as a cradle of brilliant talents since modern times, and the impact of Huxiang culture on the rise of modern China are getting increasingly attention. Hunan culture spirit, which bred Hunan army and was propagated by it, has brought tremendous boost for the social and economic development in Hunan province today and helped the contemporary people of Hunan province to shape the spiritual qualities such as concern consciousness, personal practice, innovation, being pragmatic, and being bravely in doing things. Hunan army has not only been an image card for the provincial opening up and cultural tourism but also the history complex that the contemporary Hunan people take pride in, and the Hunan army phenomenon and Huxiang culture are permeating all levels of social life in Hunan province today. In constructing harmonious socialist society, it is important to discuss the ways to inherit and develop the spiritual core of Huxiang culture since Chinese modern times, methods to rebuild the cultural spirit and values of people in Hunan province, historical development of the internal relationship between Hunan army and Huxiang culture, and the realization of the contemporary transition of Huxiang culture and spiritual value of Hunan army. |
