| 中文摘要:方孝孺政治思想的主旨是民本，他认为君主最基本的职责是养民，“诚以格君”是君职落实的主要途径，治国的根本法则是“均平”，治国路径应该是仁以施治，“视民如伤”， 推行井田制，藏富于民，重用人才、慎选治国理民之吏。为了更好地保护民众利益，方孝孺主张寓仁于法，寓礼于法，“立法利民”，强调立法的目的是卫民，倡导普法宣传，加强执法，先教后诛，“治人”与“治法”并重。方孝孺的政治主张在建文帝时期获得了很好的实践，缔造了绚烂的盛世局面，不失为社会主义和谐社会构建中落实“以人为本”要求的有益参考素材。 |

| Research on Fang Xiaoru’s People-Oriented as Core of the Political Thought |

| Abstract:Fang Xiaoru’s political ideology is the core of Humanism. He thought the emperor's primary duty is “to help people access to living conditions”,“to help the emperor to correct the mistake” is the emperor's duty to fulfil the main way of governing the country, the fundamental principle is “fair”, “method should be benevolent, Tibet abounds civilian, reuse talent, careful selection of law and civil officials. In order to better protect the interests of the people, Fang Xiaoru advocated”benevolence and legal binding,“system and the legal binding”,“legislation to help people”, emphasize the legislative purpose is to protect the people, advocate general law conduct propaganda, strengthen law enforcement, “good man”and“good law”. The political ideas of Fang Xiaoru gained very great success during the period of Zhu Yunwen, to create a gorgeous flourishing situation, for the construction of a socialist harmonious society has very much draw lessons from a meaning. |
