| A Humble Opinion on the Administration of Local Officials in Qin Dynasty |

| Abstract:Under the guidance of Legalist Thoughts in Qin dynasty, the legal system was very strict with officials, which undoubtedly played a catalytic role in training officials to abide by the law and have meticulous work style. In the case of the autocratic monarchical power lacking of effective constraints, strict administration of local officials either made the decree of the monarch with good governance effectively implemented, could also rapidly expand the dangers of tyranny. |
