| 中文摘要:技术创新与制度无法分割，制度能够通过外部性内部化使技术创新主体的个人收益接近其社会收益，进而激发创新者创新动力。被誉为“台湾硅谷”的新竹科技工业园，自设立以来取得了令人瞩目的成就，其关键就在于形成了一套促进技术创新的制度结构体系。主要从正式制度与非正式制度两个方面，对新竹园区技术创新的制度结构进行分析，揭示了科学工业园区发展的制度结构建设的重要性。 |

| A Research on Institution Structure of Technology Innovation in Hsinchu Science Technology Park |

| Abstract:Technology innovation and the system can't break up. System can make personal income close to its social benefits through the externalities of technology innovation of the main body of the internalization，and can stimulate innovators innovation power. Known as the "silicon valley" since its inception Taiwan Hsinchu science and technology industry park, has made remarkable achievement, the key is to form a set of technical innovation to promote the institutional framework of the system. From formal and informal institution, Hsinchu’s system structure is analyzed to reveal the importance of the construction of system structure on the development of science parks. |
