| 中文摘要:知识产权信息网络平台建设是企业信息化建设的重要组成部分，也是企业进行技术创新活动和实施知识产权战略的重要保障。我国知识产权信息服务平台建设方面，存在的问题较多，需要大力改进和完善，特别是应加强知识产权方面的基础设施建设，建立健全知识产权信息网络服务平台；在企业层面，则应建立与其技术创新特色相适应的知识产权信息平台。 |

| Research on the Construction of Network Platform for Intellectual Property Information in China |

| Abstract:The construction of network platform for intellectual property information is an important part of the construction of enterprise information, and is also an important safeguard for the enterprise to develop technological innovation activities and implement intellectual property strategy. As to the building of China's intellectual property information service platform, there exist a lot of problems, which need to improve greatly and perfect, in particular, infrastructure construction in aspects of intellectual property shall be strengthened and the platform for intellectual property information network service shall be established and improved. At the enterprise level, intellectual property information platform shall be established matching technological innovation characteristics. |
