| 中文摘要:2006年杪琱生鍑自陕西扶风出土，与传世的召伯虎簋、琱生簋恰好拼成一个连贯事件。由于铭文解读难度较高，学界至今尚未提出一有说服力之解读。宗法制度为西周最基本之规范，经由其大、小宗区别的规律，铭中人物称呼乃得正确解读。再透过三铭比较，可明显看出叙述内容并非如多数学者所言的私家诉讼，而是大家族召氏欺君瞒粮的曲折故事。此器的出土为中国税制史翻开重要的首页。 |

| The King Li Incident in Light of the Inscription on the Tall Pot Made for Young Man Diao |

| Abstract:A pair of tall bronze pots with identical inscribed texts were excavated from Fufeng county, Shaanxi province in late 2006. Marked with date, the text turns out to be a key testimony to an unfolding event also narrated in the inscriptions on two other bronze vessels long available. With the three texts forming a neat temporal sequence (all happened in the space of sixteen months), we now know that the accounts can be pieced together to document a tortuous case of tax evasion and the resultant punishment. This essay argues that these inscriptions, especially with the new addition, are invaluable testimonials to the unbearable tensions between the Zhou state and the landed noble families that set the stage for the famous “Banishment of the King” coup in the mid-ninth century B. C. E. |
