中文摘要:曾国藩是晚清理学的领军人物。出于治学和修身的考虑，曾国藩治理学对前人天命之说尤为重视。其论命及知命，既有对“命”的认识，又含对“知”的理解，还不乏拥有“知命”的体悟；既承袭前贤之论，又不拘泥于旧说，所识多由阅历而得。

Zeng Guofan’s View to the Destiny and the Knowing Destiny

Abstract:In the late Qing Dynasty Zeng Guofan was one of the academic leaders in Neo-Confucianism. For individual learning and moral cultivation, he attached importance to the understanding of destiny. He had some individual views about several core concepts in Neo-Confucianism, including the destiny and the knowing destiny. All in all, Zeng Guofan's views not only inherited the predecessors’ thoughts, but also reflected his understanding of his own experience of life.
