| 中文摘要:“社会敌意”作为一个解析当下我国社会冲突与群体事件的工具性概念，引起犯罪学界很大争议。在犯罪学范畴体系中，从整体论角度看，这一范畴定位上需明晰三个维度：犯罪本源抑或犯罪具体原因范畴、犯罪学范畴还是社会学范畴、主要解释有组织性（群体性）事件还是个体性事件的基础性概念。在此基础，回应学界：该范畴定位为冲突现实所激发的特定犯罪问题的的原因概念，应“标定”在特定的社会语境下、明确对现实特定犯罪现象所指涉的具体内涵。 |

| “Social Hostility”:A Systematic Consideration from Criminological Perspective |

| Abstract:Hostility in English or French is a word of hatre, denial or rejection.It is divided into various types. As an analytic concept of social conflict and incident,"Social hostility"aroused drastic controversies in the Criminological Society of China. To grasp the concept,we need to clarify and explain in three aspects :Origin of crime or criminal-specific reasons; the scope of criminology or sociology;explaination of organized events or individual events.The responses to scholars’arguments are as fellows: orientation to describe the concept of the reality of conflict,the specific context of criminology framework, and the reference of reality particular criminal phenomenon. |
