中文摘要:经考察,湖北郭店战国楚墓竹简《语丛四》第八、九简:“窃钩者诛,窃邦者为诸侯。诸侯之门,义士之所存”为先秦流行语,相关言论于先秦传世文献中十一见,涉及墨、道、杂三家。进言之,此流行语源于墨子,十一篇文献《墨子》占其七,且意蕴丰富,例证多样,涵括道、杂二家及《语丛四》之范围。

“Little Thieves Are Hanged, But Great Ones Escape’s” Origin Relation between Bamboo Slips in Guodian and Mo-tse
Abstract:After inspection, the statement from Yusong-si Bamboo Slips which be discovered in Guodian Hubei“Little thieves are hanged, but great ones escape”was a catchword in Pre-Qin. The relevant comments can be found eleven times in Pre-Qin documents, included in Taoism the Eclectics and Mohist school. Furthermore, this catchword was originated from Mo-tse, seven of eleven documents was from Mo-tse. This catchword has many example illustrations and rich in meanings in Mohist school,included what Taoism Mohist and Yusong-si said.
