| 中文摘要:泛法治主义倾向带来的严重社会问题引起东西方社会的深刻反思，法律的显性社会控制功能具有局限性，需要宗教、道德等隐性社会控制形式的弥补。礼仪是道德的精华与核心，礼仪文化是隐性社会控制的最佳载体，是法律显性控制的最佳补充，具有隐性社会控制的重要功能。要通过礼仪文化对个体的浸润和陶冶去夯实实现礼仪文化隐性社会控制功能的基础，通过个体的实践与养成，抓住礼仪文化隐性社会控制功能的关键；通过拓展与提高，把握实现礼仪文化隐性社会控制功能的核心。 |

| On Recessive Social Controlling Function of the Etiquette Culture and its Path to the Realization |

| Abstract:The tendencies of Pan-Legalism brought a lot of serious social problems caused by the East-West society reflections. The dominant controlling function of social Law have its Limitations, which needs Recessive social culture to make up its weakness, such as, religion, moral etc. Etiquette is the core and essence of moral. Etiquette culture is the best carrier of recessive social controlling and it is the best supplement of the legal dominant controlling by law. So Etiquette culture has important function of recessive social controlling. Through the etiquette culture on the individual’s infiltration and influence to tamp the implementation of etiquette culture and to realize the function of social controlling foundation. It is key step to catch etiquette culture recessive function through the individual practice and development. |
