| 中文摘要:朱熹的礼治思想正是“后王安石时代”士大夫政治文化的体现。其中所蕴含的政治哲学理念主要包括了三个方面：1）德礼先于政刑又不废政刑的为政原则论；2）严正而不失温情、强调君礼臣忠的君臣关系论；3）主张“与民同乐”、“以民为本”的君民关系论。总而言之，朱熹的礼治思想是两宋时期“中国传统政治思想的哲学化转型”过程中的一个典型代表。 |

| Abstract:Zhu xi's Confucian thought was “after wang anshi era\\” the embodiment of the Confucian political culture. His thoughts of famine and SheCang method far the “rites”, close to wang anshi's New Deal, as the important content of the Confucian thoughts and practice. Contained with the political philosophy mainly includes two aspects: one, the ritual before administration punishment and not waste administration legal relationship theory; Second, solemn and do not break tenderness of protect deals with “people-based” the prince of the people relationship theory. Zhu xi's Confucian thought is two song period of the "transformation" of Chinese traditional political thoughts in the process of a typical representative. |
