| 中文摘要:学者所质疑汉文帝二年“除诽谤妖言诏”中的“妖言”二字为“误衍”的说法，实不可信。通过对《睡虎地秦墓竹简·封诊式》所载“毒言”的爰书，以及《论衡》对“妖”、“毒”关系的考察，知道秦汉人视“祝诅”为“妖言”，并可与汉文帝诏文中“祝诅上”相印证。藉此确认文帝诏文中的“妖言”二字绝非多余。 |

| Abstract:Scholars have questioned the word of “Heresy” on the Emperor Wen of Han’imperial edict about the abolition of the slander and heresy，It is not worth to trust. Based on the description of their relationship between demon and poison in the “Lun Heng”，know about the curse can be regarded a heresy，and the word of “Heresy” in the imperial edict is not redundant. |
