| 中文摘要:每一次的军事变革，其存续时间或长达千年，或短至数十年，但在历史的长河中，都不过是一瞬，可以压缩成一张缩微的时间图表，从宏观的视野下观察，可以发现历史上的军事变革呈现出特有的规律性，概括来说，军事变革的中心在空间上不断转移，经历了从地区性转移、地域性转移到全球性的转移范围不断扩大的过程；在时间上不断加速，呈现出周期不断缩短、主动不断增强、突破日趋多元的特征；在发展进程上异化流变，各变革主体间经历了传布与嵌入的进程颠倒、主动与被动的角色转变、原发与输入的性质转化，在当前全球一体化的大背景下，汇合成滚滚向前的世界新军事革命。 |

| The Macro Representation of the World Military Revolution in the Historical Horizon |

| Abstract:Each military revolution can exist for thousands of years for long or decades of years for short. But it is just an instant which can be compressed into a miniature time chart in the long river of history. Under the macroscopic field of vision, the military revolution of the history presents an unique regularity. In summary, the concentrated area of the military revolution transferred in space constantly, experienced the expanding process from the transferring of regional to the transferring of the territory, at last to the transferring of global.; Accelerated on time which present the characteristics of cycle shorten, initiative enhanced, breakthrough diversified; Changes in development process, each experienced the role of the passive transformation ,the nature of the primary input transformation between the different subjects. All of these sink into the world's new military revolution under the background of the global integration. |
