| 中文摘要:马星野是我国现代著名的新闻教育家、新闻理论家和国民党党报负责人。他在担任国民党中央机关报《中央日报》社社长前后，发表了许多新闻学论文，特别是1942年代表中国新闻学会执笔起草的《中国新闻记者信条》，在中国新闻事业史上有着重要的地位。在新闻伦理思想方面，他提出了许多新颖深刻的见解和主张，认为记者的事业理想要因时而变；记者的责任与使命是真真实实地报道新闻，公公正正地伸张正义，诚诚恳恳地为读者服务；为了履行好自己的职业责任，记者要有不畏威胁、不为利诱和自由独立的精神品格。他的新闻伦理思想是孙中山三民主义政治观、西方自由主义新闻伦理观和中国传统史家道德三者融合的结晶。 |

| On Ma Xinye News Ethics |

| Abstract:Ma Xinye is a famous journalism educator, theorist and a lead of KMT party newspaper. Around the years serving in the KMT Central Organ “Central Daily News” as the president , Ma has published many papers in Journalism. Especially in 1942 on behalf of China Press Institute he drafted “China News Reporter Creed” which has an important position in the history of Chinese journalism history. Ma put forward many new insights and ideas in News Ethics. He argued that reporter’s ideals and behaviors should match with the change of realistic situation. In the meantime, reporter’s responsibility and mission is to report news faithfully, serve readers sincerely and persist in justice. Lastly, an excellent journalist should persist with the spirit of freedom and independence, show no fear to threaten, and resist all temptations. Ma’s idea of News Ethics is a combination of Sun Yat-sen’s Three People’s Principles political outlook, Western liberalism news ethics and Chinese traditional historians’ moral. |
