| The Optimization of China’s Total Seigniorage Under the Condition of Open Economy ——the Analysis From the Angle of Cost Minimization |

| Abstract:Under the condition of open economy, Our country not only has domestic seigniorage revenue,but also has international seigniorage revenue, not only has international seigniorage income, and international seigniorage expenditure, at the same time, domestic and international seigniorage interact with each other. From cost minimization, this paper analyzed the optimization problem about total seigniorage under the condition of open economy in our country, obtained the optimization of total seigniorage under open economy, and analyzes its enlightenment to our country policy. |
