| Inaccuracies in the Yingao on Tsinghua Bamboo Slips |

| Abstract:Five inaccuracies in the article Yingao on Tsinghua Bamboo Slips are discussed in this paper: 1. on the content of yinao there’s a wide difference between the classic work Liji·Ziyi and the article on the bamboo. 2. Appellation disorders. 3. Conflict of narrative content with shangshu· Tangshi. 4. Lexical mistake of “gold” and “jade” collocation in ancient Chinese, which is not supposed to appear in the relics of Xia and Shang dynasties. 5. Too many similarities with classic works are found in the article and mingled with later languages. |
