| 中文摘要:“闾左”称谓与秦史终结有密切关系。对于“闾左”身份的理解，长期以来异议纷纭。自20世纪80年代初，相继有几位学者提出“闾左”为“里佐”的推想。这一认识似乎并没有在围绕“闾左”身份的讨论中得到多数学者的理解和赞同。里耶秦简出土之后，一些整理收获和研究成果相继发表。有学者写道：“据近年出土的里耶秦简，里正之下，还有里佐，是里正的副职。”里耶秦简的整理和研究，应当有利于澄清相关认识，推进相关研究。但是就现在已经发表的简文内容看，被有的学者理解为“里佐”的“佐”可能还是“乡佐”。里耶秦简中似乎尚未见可判定当时基层行政体系存在“里佐”的确证。“闾左”为“里佐”之说，还有待于新的考古文物资料的证明。 |

| The Liye Qin Slips and A Discussion on “Lvzuo” Being “Lizuo” |

| Abstract:The appellation of “Lvzuo” is closely related to the end of history of Qin. For a long time, there has been different understandings on the identity of “Lvzuo”. Since the early 1980s, several scholars have proposed the speculation of “Lvzuo” being “Lizuo”. This view does not seem to get the majority of scholars understand and agree with in the discussion on the identity of “Lvzuo”. After the Liye Qin Slips unearthed, some collation achievements and research results published. Some scholar wrote: “According to the Liye Qin slips recently unearthed, beneath the title of Lizheng, there is Lizuo, is a deputy of Lizheng.” The collation and research of Liye Qin Slips should help clarify the relevant facts and promote research. However, just based on the content in bamboo slips recently published, “Zuo” understood as “Lizuo” may still be “Xiangzuo”, and it does not seem to determine the existence of conclusive evidence of “Lizuo”. The view that “Lvzuo is Lizuo” still awaits further proof by new archaeological materials. |
