| 中文摘要:法治建设指标与法治指标在内涵和外延上有明显的差异，从法治建设指标的合法性、系统性和权威性需求出发，建构法治建设指标体系必须包括制定法治建设实施纲要、法治建设指标体系和法治建设指标的考核标准与程序等三项内容。法治建设指标是对法治建设本身进行的一种绩效考核和工作考核指标，其建构主体必须是官方机构，其推进策略应该是总体规划与分项推进相结合，其实施目标是为工作的落实和评估后的改进提供明确的指引。 |

| The Path of Construction for the Indicator System of Legal System Building |

| Abstract:There is significant difference in connotation and extention between indicator system of legal system construction and indicator of rule of law. Because of legality, systematic and authority of indicator system of legal system construction, the work includes a Implementation outline of legal construction, a set of indicator system of legal system building and a set of assessment standard and program. As a performance appraisal, its enforcement subjective should be official institutions, promoting strategy should be overall planning and subitem promoting at the same time, enforcement objective should be a guide for improvement. |
