| Construction and Empirical Analysis on the Public Service Evaluation Model of the Village Library——Study on the public service performance evaluation of the Village Library in Hunan Province |

| Abstract:Based on the course and achievements of the Village Library constructionin Hunan Province, the paper presents a public service evaluation model for the Village Library by Delphimethod and AHP method, elaborates the skills and cautions in the evaluation course from all aspects of data acquisition, computing the weights of the indexesand statistical analysis. Comparing the evaluation results and practice achievements, we confirmed the rationality of the evaluation model and the positive impact of the evaluation results. |
