| 中文摘要:中国传统医学强调“医乃仁术”和“医患诚信”等伦理原则，形成了所谓的医患诚信模式。在这种模式中，医患关系建立在医生与患者之间真诚的内心信念和切实的日常行为实践基础上，医患真诚相待是建立良好医患关系的基本要求。医患诚信模式要求医生有为患者谋利益的赤诚之心，也要求医生尊重患者及其决定。医患双方在真诚沟通的基础上共同做出医疗决策。医患诚信模式既坚持了知情同意，又维持了和谐的医患关系，对当代医疗实践具有重要启示意义。 |

| The Traditional Chinese Physician-Patient Trust Model and its Contemporary Value |

| Abstract:Traditional Chinese Medicine emphasizes such ethical principles as “medicine is humanity” and “physician-patient trust”, and shapped the physician-patient trust model. The relationship between physician and patient should be established by the belief and daily practice. Trust is the basic requirement to establish good physician-patient relationship. The physician-patient trust model requires the physician to act for the interests of the patients, and requires the physician respect patients and their decisions. Physicians and patients make medical decisions based on sincere communication. The physician-patient trust model not only stick to the informed consent, but also keep the harmonious doctor-patient relationship. It has great significance to the modern medical practice. |
