| The Spread of Buddhism in North America and Its Influence |

| Abstract:The spread of Buddhism in America is firstly due to the arriving of Chinese Buddhism, which came to American west coast in the middle of 19th century, and became prosperous after 6os in the 20th century.Together With the aid of Japanese Zen, and Tibetan Buddhism’s pushing it to the utmost, Buddhism is deeply rooted in North America, influencing many aspects of North America’s politics, economics and culture. |
