| 中文摘要:在湖南省委宣传部的大力支持下，湖南出版业深化改革、加快发展，在报纸出版、图书出版、动漫出版、网络出版、印刷复制以及民营书业方面独具特色，在中国属于全国领先地位。但是，湖南出版业还存在报刊扶植资金力度不够、图书盗版现象严重、体制建设有待完善、出版品牌定位不够精准、行业发展的创新力度需要进一步加强、人才匮乏且配置不尽合理等问题。为了加快发展湖南出版业，要积极采取深化体制改革、彻底打击盗版、进行品牌管理、提炼经营模式、运用最新的信息技术指导、调整优化发展结构、打造完整的产业链、加大人才输送力度等措施。 |

| Problems and Countermeasures of the development of Hunan Publishing |

| Abstract:In the strong support of the Hunan provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, all these years Hunan publishing industry to deepen reform, accelerate development, in newspaper publishing, book publishing, publishing, network publishing, animation reproduction and the private book industry unique, belong to the leading position in the Chinese. However, Hunan publishing industry there are newspapers construction funds is insufficient, book piracy phenomenon is serious, system construction is to be perfect, the publication brand positioning is not accurate, the development of the industry innovation needs to be further strengthened, talent shortage and unreasonable configuration problems, therefore, must be taken to deepen the reform of the system, completely piracy, brand management, refined management mode, using information technology to guide, the latest development, the adjustment and optimization of the structure to create a complete industrial chain, increase the intensity of talents and other measures. |
