| Abstract:With the deepening of Community Corrections, “unity”, “special”, “specific” of the three systems evolving forms, showing a very complex interaction relationship; from the system, a dynamic perspective, the system features are: Multiple diverse multi-network status, double-sided nature of the powers or attributes, content development and opening up the way; for this situation, should dialectical view, and seek review of the record from the establishment of mechanisms to promote pluralistic "create" law interactive mode, promoting connotation type equitable development of three aspects related to resolve conflicts, to advance the development of our community correction system. |
