中文摘要:“道统”是儒学的核心观念之一,用以表征儒家根本精神的传承统绪。道统作为儒学的深层内核,在很大程度上决定着儒学的基本概貌和形态。朱熹以“心传”、“心法”为其道统论的主要意涵,构筑了以“道心”与“人心”、“理”与“气”、“天理”与“人欲”为基本特征的“二世界”的哲学;牟宗三则以“心体即性体”、“即存有即活动”释道统,建构了其道德形上学。在“后新儒学”的视域下反思宋明理学空谈理气心性,现代新儒学引向超越绝对的偏失,致力于当代儒学重构时,重归孔子之“道”,确立儒学“新道统”或许应是基础性的理论环节。

Doctrine of Confucius and Confucianism Refactoring——Discussing from Chu Hsi and Mou Tsung-San
Abstract:Confucian orthodoxy is one of core notion in Confucianism for representing Confucian fundamental spirit. As the deep core of Confucianism, Confucian orthodoxy decides general facts and forms in significant measure. Chu Hsi regarded Xin Chuan and Xin Fa as the mental implication of his Confucian orthodoxy theory, and built a dualistic world according to doctrine and individual, reason and spirit, heavenly principle and human desires; Mou Tsung-San constructed his moral metaphysics by explaining Confucian orthodoxy with that in mind. We rethink Confucian school of idealist philosophy of the Song and Ming dynasties by prattling about reason, spirit, mind and nature under the view of Neo-Confucianism and present Neo-Confucianism to absoluteness. Refactoring, returning to the Doctrine of Confucius and establishing new Confucian orthodoxy should be fundamental theoretical step.
