| On Zhuangzi’s Ruthless Theory and Affectionate Personality |

| Abstract:Zhuangzi is China's first thinker who put forward the theory of “saints heartless”. His aim was to erase trouble caused by sentiment,which was to help preserve people's health. But in real life, Zhuangzi was a passionate person. In fact,in order to eliminate trouble,Zhuangzi advocated heartlessness.However, he did not reach the ruthless state throughout his life,and he had been grappling between the reality of sentimental life and ideal realm of relentless state. |
