| 中文摘要:随着互联网的飞速发展，网络内容纷杂繁多，网络空间治理滞后的问题日渐突出。通过对互联网治理现状进行分析，从网络治理主体、网络内容、分析工具三个层面出发，运用行动者网络理论，提出以网络正能量为引导的政府、企业、学校、网民四位一体的协同治理体系，并提出相应的政策建议，为互联网治理和进一步发展提供了理论指导。 |

| A Research on Collaborative Governance in Network Positive Energy from the Perspective of the Actor-network |

| Abstract:With the rapid development of the Internet,nework information is so varied and confused that the administration lagging has shown increasing severity.From three dimensions of governance participants,web contents and analytical tools based on the analysis on the current situation of Internet governance,this paper aims to put forward a four-in-one collaborative governance system consisting of the government,enterprises,schools and netizens guided by network positive energy.Finally,the paper will propose corresponding resolutions for the further development of Internet governance. |
