| 中文摘要:“给每个人所应得的”是西方法律思想史上的一个经典正义观。正义所要解决的重要问题是个别化问题，即怎样根据不同个体的需要而给予属于他自己的正义。“给每个人所应得的”就是以合目的性为视角实现每个个体的实质正义。对“给每个人所应得的”这个经典定义的诠释目的是试图找出正义个别化的途径。 |

| Abstract:‘Give every man his due’is a classic definition of justice in the history of western legal philosophy.The essential problem that justice needs to solve is individualization,that is to say,how to give every single person his own justice according to individual needs.‘Give every man his due’is to realize individual justice from the perspective of purposiveness. The purpose to interpret the classic definition of justice,‘Give every man his due’,is to find out the approach to the individualization of justice. |
