| 中文摘要:综合保税区是我国在学习国外自由贸易区成功经验的基础上，发展保税制度的场所，目的是促进区域经济发展。由于我国综合保税区中央层面缺乏统一监管主体和有效的区域监管模式，综保区出现监管失灵。我国的经济发展水平和监管实际决定了现有区内监管模式改革思路是向国外自由贸易区的混合管理模式转型。 |

| Research on Regulatory Model of Comprehensive Free Trade Zone |

| Abstract:Based on the successful experience of foreign free trade zone,comprehensive free trade zone is a development system of bonded place to promote regional economic development. Due to the absence of a unified supervisor at the central level and the shortage of effective regional regulatory approachs,comprehensive conservation areas have experienced supervision malfunction. China's economic development level and the monitoring situation have set up the reform idea of current supervision mode in the region,that is, a transition to a mixed management model of free trade areas abroad. |
