| 中文摘要:法治方式是十八大以来中国共产党探索出来的加强党风建设的新路径。整党整风运动式、会议专题式、法治方式是中国共产党九十多年来加强党风建设的三种方式，而法治方式是新方式与新选择。以法治方式加强党风建设的具体路径有五个方面：一是培育党员领导干部的“法治”意识与价值观念。二是清理完善党内法规制度，构建有法可依的党内法制体系。三是构建规范权力运行的制约和监督体系。四是搭建追逃追赃国际平台，加快对外逃人员的法制惩处。五是强化警示，定期发布党员领导干部的贪腐案例。以法治方式加强党风建设要处理好党内法规与国家法制的关系、加大党员领导干部相关事项的信息透明度与公开性、借鉴成功经验构建廉政文化。 |

| A New Exploration on How to Strengthen the Party's Style Construction in the Rule of Law |

| Abstract:The rule of law is a new way explored by the Communist Party of China to strengthen the style construction since the 18th session of the National People's Congress. Party rectification movement, conference topics and legal way are the three ways of the Communist Party of China to strengthen the style construction in more than 90 years, and the rule of law is a new way and new choice. There are five aspects of the specific path to strengthen the style construction by the rule of law. The first way is to cultivate the “rule of law” consciousness and values of leading cadres. The second way is to clean up and improve the inner-party laws and regulations, constructing the Party's legal system to go by. The third way is to build the control and supervision system of power regulation. The fourth way is to build an international platform of hunting for those who have fled abroad, accelerating the legal punishment for fleeing personnel. The fifth way is to strengthen the warning by regularly publishing the corruption cases of leading cadres. To strengthen the Party's style construction in the rule of law, we must properly handle the relationship between the inner-Party laws and national legal system, and improve information transparency and openness of Party-related matters, while learning from successful experiences to build honest government culture. |
