| Abstract:Definition is the tool to recognize and understand the world. The efficacy of financial supervision is tightly connected with the recognition and effective resolution of the problem in financial institutions. Therefore, it is of great significance for the reconstruction and improvement of the related legal system, which proves that it is the indispensable precondition to clearly define problematic financial institutions. |
