| 中文摘要:融资租赁行业的发展很大程度上得益于融资租赁登记公示的制度保障。统一的登记公示系统的建立及配套规则完善是理论与实务当中最为广泛争议的问题。融资租赁登记制度法理基础为物权法的公示公信原则，应明确我国登记制度的效力为登记对抗主义，并从登记适用范围、登记内容、登记程序和竞权冲突四个方面完善统一登记的具体规则。 |

| Research on Perfecting the Rules of Financial Leasing Registration in Free-trade Zone |

| Abstract:The development of the financial leasing industry largely benefits from the institutional guarantee of the publication of financial leasing registration. The establishment of a unified registration system and the perfection of its supporting regulations are the most widely disputed issues in theory and practice. Due to the legal basis of financial lease registration, publicity and public trust principle, we should clear the effectiveness of the registration system in China, that is, registration antagonism，and perfecting the specific rules of unified registration in four aspects: application scope of registration, content of registration, registration procedures, and the competing conflict. |
