| Fan Zhongyan's Contribution on Schooling Promotion and Academy Education |

| Abstract:Fan Zhongyan (989-1052) laid the foundation of the academic spirit of Song studies in three aspects, involving innovating the Classics' meaning, reforming the government decree and promoting academy education. He was considered as the pioneer and the founder of the Song studies, for his achievements on schooling promotion in Qingli era and his contribution on academy education by giving lectures in Suiyang Academy, which he ever studied in. |
