| 中文摘要:通过分析《后汉书》张俊案，指出读鞫是指官吏在行刑之前宣读罪状。梳理和解读三条家人乞鞫的记载，认为乞鞫是司法官吏向罪囚及其家属宣读罪状以后，罪囚及家属可选择的一种回应。三条记载都不涉及废除家人乞鞫制度。读鞫与乞鞫之间关系密切。 |

| New Research on Duju and Qiju |

| Abstract:Based on the analysis of Zhang Jun case recorded in Houhanshu,Duju means justice officials read aloudcriminal facts before they execute criminal punishments. Through the carding and interpretation of three records involving family Qiju, this paper claims that Qiju made by suspects and their family are permitted after justice officials read aloud criminal facts before them. All these records involving family Qiju do not mean that family Qiju is rescinded. The relationship between Duju and Qiju is quite close . |
