| 中文摘要:以习近平总书记在文艺座谈会上的谈话精神为契机，对民族精神具有的精神内涵，及其与民族音乐文化事业的互动关系进行了回顾，对民族精神发展历史中民族音乐文化的传承和变革进行了阐述，并从民族音乐文化发展历程中，民族精神的顶层设计与人文渗透两个方面探讨民族音乐文化教育的创新，提出在当前民族精神教育中应以教育创新为根本，以人文渗透为目标，以情感体验为核心，以民族音乐为途径，大力培养和发展民族音乐文化。 |

| The Inheritance and Innovation of National Spirit Phylogeny in National Music Culture |

| Abstract:This article, adhering to the Chairman Xi's speech at the Forum on Art and Literature, reviewed the connotation of national spirit and the interactive relationship between national spirit and the cause of national music culture, concentrated on the inheritance and reform of national spirit phylogeny in national music culture, and then, investigated how to innovate the education of national music culture. At last, this article stated that the current national spirit education should set the education innovation as the basis, humanistic infiltration as the goal, emotional experience as the core, national music as the route, to vigorously develop and cultivate national music culture. |
