| 中文摘要:网络传播失范行为伴随着网络的快速发展与应用而出现，分析和界定网络传播失范行为首先应该关注并研究什么样的网络传播行为是规范的，即正当的、公平的、合理的、有益的、无害的、合法的，什么样的网络传播行为是不规范的，即不正当的、不公平的、不合理的、无益的、有害的、违法的、犯罪的。分析网络传播失范行为的概念、定义，网络传播失范行为的认定与判断标准，探讨网络传播失范行为的分类以及网络传播失范行为的具体情境适用问题，对于学界研究网络传播问题具有重要的参考价值和现实意义。 |

| An Analysis of the Concept of Internet Communication Anomie Behavior and the Specific Situation |

| Abstract:Internet communication anomie emerges along with the rapid development and application of network. In order to analyze and define Internet communication anomie behavior, firstly the thesis focuses on the study of what kind of Internet communication behavior is normative, to be specific, which is legitimate, fair, reasonable, beneficial and harmless, legitimate, and then the study of what kind of Internet communication behavior is not normative, which is unfair, unreasonable, useless, harmful, illegal, criminal.In the thesis, the author will make a careful analysis of the concept of Internet communication anomie behavior, and then analyze the identification and evaluation criteria of Internet communication anomie behavior, and conduct a preliminary discussion on the classification of Internet communication anomie behavior. |
