| 中文摘要:在开放式创新的时代背景下，网络搜寻对于知识密集型服务业创新的重要性日益显著。本文从三个维度（知识搜寻、关系搜寻、惯例搜寻）探讨了网络搜寻行为对知识密集型服务业创新能力的影响机制，并通过对和邦管理咨询有限公司的案例研究进行了验证。由此从企业和政府两方面对知识密集型服务企业通过增强搜寻水平来提高创新能力给出了若干建议。 |

| Research on the Innovation Ability of Knowledge Intensive Business Service from the Perspective of Search |

| Abstract:In the era of open innovation，the importance of network search for knowledge intensive service industry is becoming more and more important.In this paper，we discuss the influence mechanism of network search behavior on the innovation capability of Knowledge intensive Business Service from three dimensions （knowledge search，relationship search and convention search），and a case study of He Bang Management Consulting Company is carried out to verify the theoretical analysis.In the end，this paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the innovation capability of Knowledge intensive Business Service by enhancing the level of network search through two aspects： the enterprise and the government. |
