| 中文摘要:高密度城市中的多层住宅区由于建设年代的相对久远以及城市更新尚未波及而存在着大量的消极空间。这些场所由于朝向位置不佳、缺少人员管理等原因而不被人们所关注而成为消极空间的一部分，甚至成为垃圾杂物堆积等滋生城市问题的地方。本文就这种普遍并长时间存在的消极空间探讨其改造的可能性及其可能的公众参与度，并结合具体案例，为消减旧住区消极空间提供新的思路与方法。 |

| “Vertical slice”——The update method study of negative space of old multi storey residential area in high density urban |

| Abstract:High density urban exists lots of negative space in the multi storey residential because their building time was so long and urban renewal was not arrival .due to the poor orientation，not being concerned by people，lack of personnel management and so on ，these places become a part of the negative space，even become garbage problems in cities，debris piling up.In this paper，as the common and long time existence of the negative space，we discuss the possibility of its reconstruction and its possible public participation，and combine the specific cases，provide new ideas and methods of the old residential areas to reduce negative space. |
