| 中文摘要:核安全命运共同体是中国在核安全领域提出的新理念。虽然实现这一理念面临诸多挑战，但是从共同体实践模式、国家合作、共同利益观和全球治理的角度来看，核安全命运共同体是具有可行性。打造核安全命运共同体，可通过以下途径实现：扩大国际合作范围，深化国际合作方式；强化国家责任，提高国际道德和共同体意识；积极推进核安全体系建设；培育核安全文化，增强核安全意识。 |

| Thoughts on the Construction of Nuclear Security Community |

| Abstract:Nuclear security community is a new concept proposed by China in the field of nuclear safety.Although the realization of this idea is faced with many challenges，nuclear security community is becoming feasible from the perspective of community practice mode，national cooperation，common interests and global governance.There are following ways to achieve：expand the scope of international cooperation and deepen international cooperation，strengthen national responsibility and improve international ethics and community awareness，actively promote the construction of nuclear safety system，cultivation of nuclear safety culture and enhance nuclear safety awareness. |
