| Abstract:Shiwu Academy is a pioneer of reforming modern legal and political education. Its aim is to enlighten people's wisdom， with the political science as the core.It has a systematic education curriculum design, which has public jurisprudence reading every month. In this course, there is study of bibliography including "French law", "British law book" such as comparative laws, constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, commercial law, international law and other specific legal categories, as well as the latest western legal writings such as Elements of International Law, Homely Words, Aid Governance. The criticism of the autocratic legal tradition and the freedom of civil rights are the soul of education.The teachers and students discussed the freedom of civil rights, the restriction of the imperial power, the relationships between the monarch and his subjects , the western congress and other recent legal issues. |
