| 中文摘要:基于30家高新技术创业企业的153份调研数据，研究探索创业导向对创业绩效的影响机制，以及创新速度在创业导向与创业绩效之间的中介作用。研究表明，在创业导向的五个维度中，创新性、自主性、先行性与创业绩效有显著的正向关系，而风险承担性和竞争侵略性与创业绩效之间无显著的关系。创新速度作为企业战略向卓越绩效转化的重要途径，对创业导向与创业绩效的关系起到了中介作用。此外，创业导向的先行性维度与创新速度呈现倒U型的关系，表明在有创新速度作用的情况下，创业导向与创业绩效之间呈现复杂的非线性关系。 |

| Research on the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance: The Mediating Role of Innovation Speed |

| Abstract:Based on the survey data from thirty high-tech ventures, this paper examines the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance and the mediating role of innovation speed. The results show that three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation are positively related to performance. Risk-taking and competitive aggressiveness have no significant effect on the performance. As an important factor between organizational strategy and excellent performance, innovation speed exactly mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance. The relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation speed is inverse U-shape, which implies the relationship between entrepreneurial and performance is indirect and complicate, which is not linear and simple. |
