中文摘要:环卫工一直是被民生话题所提及的底层弱势群体,环卫工的劳资冲突也引起社会关注。基于湖南和上海环卫工的数据,从微观心理角度研究环卫工的职业认同,发现环卫工职业认同度低,组织公平感不高,社会排斥感强;实证研究进一步揭示,环卫工组织公平感对职业认同有显著的正向影响,而社会排斥感显著地负向调节这一过程。提高环卫工职业认同需要从组织内改进组织公平和组织外提高社会认同。

A Study on the Effect of Perceived Organizational Justice on Professional Identity for the Sanitation Workers
Abstract:Sanitation workers, one of the bottom vulnerable groups, have always been referred to livelihood. Their labor conflicts also aroused social concern. Based on the data of sanitation workers in Hunan and Shanghai, this paper found the low occupational identity, the low perceived organizational justice and the strong perceived social exclusion in sanitation workers. The empirical study further revealed that the perceived organizational justice of sanitation workers has a positive effect on professional identity,and the perceived social exclusion plays a regulating effect. To improve the professional identity of sanitation workers, it is necessary to improve the organization justice within the organization and improve social identity outside the organization.
