中文摘要:环绕丘陵进行地产开发或划定生态红线成为当前丘陵城市设计的两个主要策略，但两种方式均忽略丘陵在城市中的开放性。研究针对如何最大化发挥丘陵地形地貌在城市中的魅力和价值，通过解析旧金山城市建设案例，从土地利用模式、景观结构、交通模式等角度思考山与城的关系，指出丘陵城市的设计应提供相对完整连续的公共空间体系,更好地建设景观廊道、街道、翻山路径等，并需从城市的公共政策、法律条例等层面加以研究落实。

Maximizing Openness Experience Design Principles in Hilly City Design——A Case Study of the San Francisco Hilly City Design (1906-2017)

Abstract:Property development surrounding hills and designated ecological protection line were the two main design strategies, but both ignored the relationship between hills and city. Aiming to maximize hilly topography’s value, the research analyzes San Francisco construction practice, from the point of land use pattern, landscape structure, transportation. It is very important to promulgate on landscape construction corridor, street, crosses the path of public policies, laws and regulations.
