| 中文摘要:在总结若干国家跨越中等收入阶段的经验和教训的基础上，提炼出了跨越中等收入阶段的几条经验。基本结论是，要在保证经济平稳增长的基础上，不断提高劳动生产率、加快人力资本提升、保持汇率稳定。按此要求，如果中国能在未来若干年内，保持合理的经济增长速度，并加快改革和经济结构调整步伐，可以跨越中等收入阶段。 |

| The Way of Leaping the Middle-income Pase: International Eperiences |

| Abstract:Based on summarizing the experiences and lessons from several countries on how to cross the middle-income stage, this paper refines several experiences about crossing the middle-income stage. The basic conclusion is that, because of ensuring the steady economic growth, a country should continuously improve labor productivity, speed up human capital upgrading, maintain a stable exchange rate. According to this requirement, if China can maintain a reasonable economic growth rate in the next few years and accelerate the pace of reform and economic restructuring, it is possible to cross the middle-income stage. |
